How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and arrive in 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, NetBanking) to ensure seamless, contactless deliveries and prevent return frauds on custom gift boxes.
Can I customize a gift box?
Yes! Use our 'Build Your Wish Box' feature to select any 3-5 items from our store, and we'll package them together in our signature nostalgia box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged or defective items. Just send us a photo of the issue via email or WhatsApp and we'll arrange a replacement.
